Literary Grandeur

 
Imam Ahmad Raza was well versed in (55 Sciences and arts, Uloom-o-Funoon) Urdu, Persian and Arabic. He was a great author & poet of these three languages and also critic and commentator of literature. Besides Arabic and persian he had manifested his authorship and literary grandeur in Urdu prose. Many scholars from the different universities of India are doing Ph.d. on Urdu prose writing, linguistics & literary activities of Imam Ahmad Raza. Imam Ahmad Raza has commented the couplets of many poets and his one treatise named "kashfe Haqaique-wa-Asrare Daqaique" is based upon the commentary of many couplets based on mysticism, He has also performed critici work on literature & revised the poems & couplets of many poets. By means of his books & pamphlets he had enriched Urdu language & literature. He had a lot of idioms, proverbs, terminology of Fiqh, More over Ala Hazrat was ambidex froues personality and he could write with of him hands at a time, its rarest of the rare quality of Him  

So far as his "Naatiah poetry" is coucerned he has composed the poems in Urdu, Arabic and Persian. His poetry is a masterpiece work adorned with idioms, proverbs, similies & metaphors, figures of speech, Talmeehat (allusions), references of Quran & Hadith. This is in eloquence. This is a model of symbols & reproduction Of course, Raza’s poetry is a garden of success & Prophetic love & deep devotion which imparts freshness & fragrance to the reader. 

The authentic poets, critics & scholars like- Mohsin Kakorvi, Daagh Dehalvi, Niyaz Fatehpuri, Dr. Farman Fatehpuri, Prof. Naseem Qureshi, Kalidas Gupta Raza etc have appreciated Raza’s poetic works & accepted his greatness. Prof. G. D Qureshi Marhoom had translated many poems, Salam, Durood, Quatrains of Raza’s Diwan "Hadaique-Bakhshish" into versified English under banner of Raza Academy stock port, U.K. The following claims of Imam Ahmad Raza about his poetry are quite true.
